I've been hosted once - an amazing experience. Generally, I'm here to give my friends recommendations to help them out with their travels.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had my first couchsurfing experience for my first few days in Cairo; it was amazing. I met great people and had fun.

Interests

Cognitive Neuroscience/Psychology, Philosophy, History, grammar, Arabic (Beginner), French (Beginner), German (Beginner), and travel (I guess that one's obvious)...I'm trying to figure out what else should go on this list.

Oh and beer. I love beer. Beer and whiskey. Though, when it comes to shots, I always go for tequila.

Music, Movies, and Books

Many and varied...I can make a list later.

Recently finished reading Infinite Jest...took me about a year...(with many books in-between).
General favorites: Alice in Wonderland, Catch-22, some philosophy/psychology books, Slaughter House Five, Leaves of Grass (which I'll never finish because I don't want it to end).

Currently reading: Shakespeare's Sonnets

Current favorite music: Interpol, Arctic Monkeys, Miike Snow, and Lana Del Rey.
