CURRENT MISSION

My girlfriend Mona and me are driving from Germany to Athens with our bycicles. We are totally new to long distance bike trips and welcome any good advices and stories.

ABOUT ME

I want too meet the people and the culture in a country and see nice places. I want to go where the local people go. Not where all the tourists go. I want to see the world from their point of view and learn more and more about the life on earth.

I'm a very cheerful person and i'm laughing a lot. I love meeting people and i like to party in a friendly and closed atmosphere. My friends tell me sometimes that i'm the kindest person they know. I don't know if that's true but you can check for yourself.

I studied energy engineering at the university Erlangen-Nuernberg, where did my Bachelor. I recently finished my master thesis.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My girlfirend Mona and i are travelling right now. We abandoned our flat for travelling, but we will host after we found a new place to live after our journey.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I met a lot of awesome people while couchsurfing through eastern europe! We mostly use my girlfriends account, so i don't have that many recommendations. Before this trip, i only used couchsurfing once. My experience was exclusively positive.

Interests

I'm addicted to card, board and social games, actually all kind of games.

I like music with a good rhythm, basically every music you can dance to. Electro and ska are the best!
My girlfriend and i do Lindy Hop (kind of swing dance), It's awesome!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In 2014, i was hitchhiking for two months through eastern europe. My trip started at my home in germany with the goal of reaching Izmir, Turkey. During my trip i visited, austria, croatia, hungary, serbia, mazedonia, turkey, albania and montenegro. It was just amazing. In Serbia and Turkey i worked for food and accomodation, helping to build earthships. Earthships are houses build from old tires and waste into a hill. I learned a lot about permaculture and sustainable living.

I'm good at math and awesome at card games. I can play some simple songs on the guitar. I like to fix things.
