ABOUT ME

I travelled around the world for about a year, walking around, tasting beer, wwoofing in permaculture farms and I decided to go back to my hometown in the Quebec countryside to open a microbrewery with some friends. I'm an easy going guy, I like to learn new stuff, I make beer, bread, fermented food in weird jars, ect. I'm into stuff like permaculture, local community development, playing music, beekeeping, blablabla

PHILOSOPHY

Life is too short to drink bad coffee, eat sliced bread and drink bad beer.
