ABOUT ME

Hi there! I'm a 37 year old male. I was born in Santiago, Chile and while I was still a baby, my parents moved to Quito, Ecuador, where I grew up and lived for 12 years. So, even though my family is Chilean, I consider myself more Ecuadorean. At 12 my family moved to Toronto, Canada, where I've lived ever since. I can't believe it's been 23 years already!

Toronto is a very multicultural city, where one gets a chance to meet people from all over the world. This is why I love traveling and meeting more people from around the world. I love languages and enjoy learning about the cultures these languages come from.

PHILOSOPHY

Live life to the fullest. Experience as much as you can experience, because you never know when it's gonna end.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm looking forward to this experience, making new friends, living in a country and learning about their customs. I'm a very open-minded person, and love adventures.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I just went on a European vacation and stayed with a couchsurfer in Perpignan, France. It was a great experience. It's nice to meet people from other parts of the world that share a common philosophy.

I'm a High School Language teacher (French and Spanish), so love learning and helping out learners of different languages. I've just finished a bartending course, so I could totally make cocktails for my hosts... ;)

I'm always open to learning from others.
