ABOUT ME

My name is Femke, I'm 23 years old and I'm half Dutch, half Taiwanese. I grew up in The Netherlands, lived in Great Britain for half a year and am currently living in Belgium for my study.

Besides traveling (which I get to do not quite often enough) and meeting new people, I love spending my days hanging out with my friends, going out for drinks, great food and dances, riding my horse, hugging my rabbits, reading books, napping, watching movies and wandering through the city.

I'm focussing on my study right now, but when I have the chance I would really love to see and explore more of the world.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had some great couchsurfing experiences since I started to participate actively. I went couchsurfing in Prague, met interesting couchsurfers in France and England, went to some CSmeetings in the Netherlands and Prague and planning to participate more when possible :)

All depends on how I feel, but Sister Hazel, Counting Crows, John Mayer, The Script and Chris Daughtry are some of my favorite artists.

I love all kind of movies except for horror. Favorites are The Butterfly Effect, The Notebook, The Sound of Music, When Harry met Sally.

Love to read, most of all fiction. Love Dan Brown, Lisa Jackson, Richard Adams and Timothy Hallinan.

I would love to see, explore and learn a lot about other cultures. Happy to show other people 'my' town and country ofcourse!

Something I can teach you... I think that can only be horsebackriding. I have a really amazing and sweet horse, so if you feel like it there is the possibility to go riding :)
