Hey guys,
I’m a student from Hamburg currently enrolled into my masters degree.I like to explore coffee shops and restaurants but also enjoy going to exhibitions or concerts. Hamburg is a great city to do all that. I love languages and am always keen to learn more. I always wish I could tell people I know how to surf but there still is a long way to go. Also if you are interested in teaching me anything Language or Voice Assistant related, count me in!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My year in France made me realize more than ever that I have a strong urge to travel and meet new people. I just love the feeling you get, when you start to get to know someone. Another door opens, showing you a world similar to the one you've known before, but just a tiny bit different. This is the effect other people have on me. I also think locals usually are the most passionate about their city so I always take pleasure in listening to them while they are complaining about the tourists and worshiping the coffee place next door like something straight from heaven.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like stories focusing on characters and their perception of life. “A little life” left me devastated but was by far the most impressive book I’ve read in a while. When it comes to TV series I am more into funny storylines although “this is us” really got everything I could have wished for.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was having a midnight swim with two friends in the Atlantic Ocean when all of sudden the waves around us were illuminated! I was a little disappointed that I did not turn into a mermaid though.

Teach, Learn, Share

Right now I am studying German and Linguistics in general at University so one could say I am pretty interested in languages. So if you are willing to share yours with me that would be great.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I think I might teach people to see a deeper philosophy behind almost every tv-series. I am also very talented in enjoying large amounts of sweet stuff. I tend to worthship the little things in the world around me.
I would be glad to have the opportunity of learning new things no matter what it is. I think almost everything new can be used for making you a better person. I don't know whether you can say it this way but I just guess you know what I mean.
