About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To complete more documentary videos about Africa, capturing the continent’s diverse stories and rich cultures.
ABOUT ME
I’m 38 years old, currently based in Sri Lanka, with over a decade of professional experience in Beijing. I have a rich academic background, having taught photography at the university level, which has deeply influenced my passion for storytelling as a photographer and videographer.
As a Chinese Kung Fu master, outdoor enthusiast, and avid traveler, my interests are diverse—from IT, history, and archaeology to capturing the world through my lens. My adventures have taken me across continents, including cycling halfway around the world, where I’ve immersed myself in different cultures and landscapes, constantly pushing the boundaries of exploration.
With a solid foundation in both creative and academic disciplines, I thrive on connecting with people and uncovering stories that resonate on a personal and universal level. My work is driven by a commitment to authenticity and a desire to bridge cultures through visual storytelling.
PHILOSOPHY
“Where there is a will, there is a way.” Embrace the spirit of advancing with the times, adapting, and evolving to meet new challenges.
