About Me

I’m from Pilar, about 50 kilometers away from Buenos Aires. It used to be a small town when I was a child, but lately it has become a medium-large city well connected to the country's capital.

I’d describe myself as a calm, funny, responsible and open minded person. Thanks to my job (journalism), I have been in contact with many people and I've learned to empathize with many social causes of which I now support (gender equality, respect for nature and recycling, mostly). I would say I stand on the left side of life, to summarize it shortly.

On December 2017 I quit my job as a newspaper editor to embark on this trip through Europe, hoping to find new adventures and challenges. Firstly, I went to Denmark. I lived in Aarhus for about a year and then I moved to Germany, I lived in Leipzig and  in a beautiful little town called Landau in Der Pfalz (between Stuttgart and Frankfurt).

Professionally speaking, I graduated from Social and Audiovisual Communication  and then post graduated from Journalism. I like to think as myself as a person in constant learning. Currently I'm studying German, taking courses to improve as a language teacher and I trying to keep actualized on terms of my knowledge on social sciences.

I work as Spanish teacher plus as freelance Community Manager and copywriter to support myself.

I like reading and listening to music, but I also love sports and outdoor activities, especially yoga and soccer. From my very first trek in a national park (back in Chile and Argentina) I´ve developed a passion for being in contact with nature and local cultures. Now, many years later, I am still motivated and open to new journeys and encounters.

As for living with other people, I did this both in Denmark and in Germany, where I had great experiences, so I think there will be no problem in repeating it again in Sweden. I really know how to respect privacy and personal spaces because I also know how to enjoy them.

Sorry for the long text. I hope you have a great day.
Cheers!

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to argentinian rock, mostly. But I'm also into alternative rock, techno or psy. I'm not close minded about the genre, but more open to listen anything that suits me well at any particular time.
Lately I've been into cultural studies, latin American women's literature and watching all the Wes Anderson's films I can :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I can think of a few things, but I really loved a road trip from Buenos Aires to Usuahia.
