About Me

I already moved to Jakarta. (June, 2020)

NOTES:
- Before sending request, please take your time to read my profile, and make it personal. I know, we know, everyone knows if it’s a copy-paste request or not. |
- I will respond as quick as I can. Never gonna leave my guest/host hanging. |
- When I decline your request, I promise you, I will leave a reply. For me, someone who just declined requests and didn't even give a single word, is a bit rude and arrogant. |

CURRENT MISSION :
- To always find my inner peace |
- To be more compassionate and open-minded to others |

ABOUT ME :
I joined since September 2018 (newbie here). 🙋🏿‍♂️
I drink coffee every morning (rituals). ☕️
I collect and listen to vinyl (old and new). 📀
I always try to capture good memories (still practicing photography). 📸
I like spicy foods (so Asian). 🌶

PHILOSOPHY :
"Peace in the world relies on individuals finding inner peace." – Dalai Lama ⛩ |
"Don’t raise your voice, improve your argument." – Desmond Tutu 👼🏿

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING :
I am open to any kind of participation: sharing places, foods, stories, experiences, joy and laugh. |

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE :
I used to solo-travel before I know about Couchsurfing. I took many long-haul trips by myself, and everything was on schedule. But when I used CS for the first time, everything was changed. My trip was based on how I interacted with the people I met, and on how I handled the situation around, so sometimes I changed my well-planned itinerary to get some better and crazier journey after I met the other travelers. That’s a new concept and experience for me and I love to try again. |

Music, Movies, and Books

You need to be specific so I can answer such questions. |
Like: what genre, what year, which musician/director/author. |
I surf Pitchfork and Metacritic. |
So I eat all genres of music, movies and books. Try me! |

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I choose not to write down my past travel experience as amazing things here.
I was involved in many charities before, and that’s amazing for me because I gave back to my community.
I hope someday I can do voluntary things to help people or environment while traveling. That would be amazing, and I will put it on this column.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach: I can teach you Bahasa (Indonesian language) and everything about our culture if you are interested. |

Learn: Photography (I can also be your free “photographer” while we tour around). I’m interested in learning Spanish and Mandarin. |

Share: Anything I can share: places, foods, stories, experiences, joy and laugh.

What I Can Share with Hosts

First, I will ask my host if there's anything they want me to bring from my country. As my offering, I can bring coffee beans if they love coffee (Indonesia has some best coffee bean in the world). Likewise, I could help you cooking, shopping or cleaning as well.

Countries I’ve Visited

Belgium, France, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Netherlands, Philippines, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey

Countries I’ve Lived In
