I'm on a gap year, starting art college in September. I've been traveling for a couple of months now. I started in Spain where I volunteered (wwoofed) with a community. Then I came to Finland where I've been wwoofing here for a few weeks. After Finland I'm going to slow travel through Sweden, Denmark, Germany and finishing in Amsterdam where I'm meeting friends. First time couch surfing, so I look forward to trying it out and meeting some amazing people

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When I travel I love meeting people and sharing experiences, its what travelings all about, and couch surfing is a great way to do that. Plus, what better way of getting to know a place than spending time with and talking to someone who lives there?

Interests

I love art and photography. When I travel I enjoy seeing art from each country and how the culture may have influenced the styles of the artists. Its important to get inspiration also for when I go to art college.
I also love music. I play the violin (not very well), which is something I really enjoy doing. I listen to so much music, from trance, ambient, house, to jazz, classical, world music, its all good.
I really enjoy going out to bars and clubs, meeting people, enjoying the night life. Each city has a different vibe at night so going out in foreign places is great!
I enjoy downhill biking and mountain biking in general.
I'm very interested in living a life that doesn't impact too much on the environment. And hopefully make a positive difference to this unhealthy world.
Traveling is the best thing to do in life! Every travel experience is different, and the knowledge, skills and friends gained through traveling are valuable beyond measure, and can last a lifetime.
