Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Heard great things about the site and the unique experiences people have been able to enjoy through it. Life is about meeting people and CS seems a sweet platform for it!

Interests

Massive interest in snowboarding (why I'm currently marooned up the north of Japan). First love is football (soccer in case of any confusion), played all the way through school/college/20's and love nothing more than kicking around five aside with friends. Big Manchester United supporter. Interests outside of that are movies, music, staying active (mountain biking, Tough Mudders etc when I get the chance) and travelling. Lived in US, Greece, Canada and Netherlands before arriving in Japan. Determined to see as much of this end of the world as possible!

Music, Movies, and Books

Not a massive reader but tend to stick to autobiograhies and history when I do.

Have a pretty open mind when it comes to music but rap (Nas, Kendrick, Eminem) and rock/metal (Metallica, Rage, Nirvana) would be high up the list.

Love a good movie. In the last year or two Mad Max, 12 Years a Slave and Whiplash stand out.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Living it right now - snowboard season in Japan! Also 30 day, 7,000 mile roadtrip with 5 friends across US from New Jersey to San Francisco. Clocked up 20 states as well as Canada and Mexico.
