ABOUT ME
I was born in Florianópolis, Brasil, and am currently living in São Paulo. I work for a cultural institution and I love what I do. Friends say I'm a calm and smiling person. I'm easygoing and organized. And I like travelling more than anything!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Although I joined Couchsurfing long ago, it was only in 2013 I decided to give it a try. I was going to spend my vacations in Argentina all by myself and wanted to meet people while travelling. And I have met very interesting people through Couchsurfing and have had only positive experiences since then, which encourages me to keep using it and now also to make my own couch available for surfers.
Interests
I really enjoy meeting new people, hearing their stories and sharing stories of my own, discovering the different aspects from one culture to the other. I also like going to the movies and expositions, walking around the city on weekends, discovering new restaurants and coffee shops, taking day trips to the beach and the countryside, inviting my friends over for dinner. I love movies, music, books, visual arts, photography, traveling, cooking, discussing social and environmental matters and learning new languages.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Watching the sun going down over the sea at Florianópolis, enjoying São Paulo's cultural scene every weekend (and sunday walks around Avenida Paulista), ice-trekking on Glaciar Perito Moreno, visiting the Masai people at Masai Mara park in Kenya, climbing the Huayna Picchu mountain in Macchu Picchu, losing my breath in Isla del Sol, enjoying life for a whole year in the beautiful Paris, getting to know snowy Moscow, joining the Tapati Festival in Isla de Pascua, exploring all the wild and rough remote terrains and then soaking in hot pots while circling the ring road in Iceland, doing research and enjoying summer break in Buenos Aires, making at least one new best friend every day in Iran (and pretty much everything else the country has to offer), and hearing great stories from the elderly in the state of Minas Gerais (Brazil), where they cook the best traditional dishes I've ever tasted. And much much more!
