Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The reason that I am doing this is because this will be my first trip to New York and as I am doing it on my own, I think it would be lovely to do it with someone who could maybe show me a little bit around and share the moment with me.
It would be easier for me to rent either a hostel room or an Airbnb but I want to make my first trip to NY as much enjoyable as possible and I think getting to know a local would help.

Books: The Colonel has no one to write to, Garcia Marquez. Post Office, C. Bukowski

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Well, I have been living in Toronto for the past two years and due to my first Work Permit restrictions I couldn't get a job for 7 months. At the end I spent an entire month living with only CAD 8.90.
I know there more exciting things, but I found quite of an accomplishment living from chickpeas cans on my first winter in Canada. I was even contemplating the idea of do a TedTalk ( just kidding).

Teach, Learn, Share

I will be more than happy to teach Spanish to whoever would be interested to learn it. Always willing to learn new things.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Definitely my experiences and some of my connections in case they are travelling as well. I hope I can create a good impression first and then take it from there.

Countries I’ve Visited
