Overview
About Me
I'm an outgoing and funny guy who hates writing "about me." I enjoy yoga, science, making people laugh, and playing the violin. Beer is love, beer is life. My first experience abroad was in the summer of 2015, when I went backpacking through Europe for 4 months. After returning to the U.S. for about 8 months, I have returned to Europe to teach English in Madrid, Spain.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
My first time using couchsurfing was last year during my travels through Europe. I was lucky enough to have met several great people who I now call my friends. I think it is a great community and a great way to meet the locals in the countries you are visiting.
Interests
I've been playing violin for about 14 years. Since I have moved away from home, I was not able to bring my violin with me and have started to learn to play the mandolin. I would say that yoga is a pretty big part of my life, and the practice is something I try to incorporate into my every thought, action, and feeling. I enjoy reading about science, particularly human consciousness and space.
