I'm in Couchsurfing because I love meeting people, and this is one of the best ways to show up about cultures and behaviors. In my work I have permanent contact with several people of different religions and learning.

From a very young age and throughout my adult life, I was interested in studies of spirituality and human performance, this curious way led me to different schools from more traditional to more alternative and modern. In the most modern I learned in detail the tools of Coach and Neuro Linguistic Programming, I wanted solutions, I wanted to understand why some live well, despite the difficulties, and others do not, wanted to achieve a high impact quality of life.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

My professional background was set for me to be a civil servant. Today I would be thinking about how much time I would have to retire, I would have the same salary as I was working. During my career, I held positions of leadership and team leadership, staff training, incentive lectures, and motivation. However, I met with some of my former colleagues, and I would now also be living with feelings of insecurity, fear, dissatisfaction and lack of motivation, hypertension, unhappiness. I was recently in some of the places where I worked, that for long 15 years, I met with some of the former colleagues.
I looked at the faces and I saw: feelings of abandonment of oneself, lives without professional identification, even buried lives ...
However, when everything was heading for this future, I decided to change course, left the public service in the late 1990s, went to India in search of myself, wanted to give a new direction to life, was when I started Everything I've always dreamed of: working with people, helping them to overcome their own challenges.
