ABOUT ME
As an anthropologist, focused on social research, I've learn that the best way to get the perspective of others is sharing real and daily moments. And at the same time, that's the best way to learn about yourself and your world. I love to travel, not as a tourist, but as a traveler, backpacker or hitchhiker, that allows me to bring nearer other forms to see, think, dream and re-create the world. That's why I've joined this community and in this years now I've learnt and enjoyed a lot and I hope to continue learning, sharing and helping.
PHILOSOPHY
I'm an energetic guy that loves to talk and share life. I'm a dreamer and believe that having real contacts with other persons is the key to build a real tolerance and community in this world.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've traveled as a hitchhiker in Colombian and in the USA, specifically through Montana, Wyoming and Pennsylvania. At the begging it was just for fun but soon I realized that It was a great experience and that I had the chance to learn a lot of those short moments with others who are sharing your path. I have had amazing experiences as a host and guest with people from Couchsurfing and Hospitalityclub: I have received 1 Californian, 1 Scotish, 2 Chilenians, 4 Brazilians, 1 crazzy guy from Costa Rica, 1 Australian girl, a peruvian couple, an italian couple and 1 awesome girl from Alaska. In Brazil I surfed in Salvador da Bahia and Rio de Janeiro for 06 New Years Eve; on summer 07 I was hosted in Boston and New York; for July 08 I surfed again in Cuernavaca, Mexico City and Oaxaca; in july and december 2010 I visited my guests at Lima, Perú and San José, Costa Rica! I've also participated in big meetings in Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, New York, Tayrona Park, Villa de Leyva, Bogotá and Mexico City.

Teach, Learn, Share
I want to share my cotidian life, my perspective of this world from this big city in the north part of South America: Bogotá. I think there are so many myths and so many things told about my country and my city but even tough many times are true, there are so many other things that the press or TV doesn't tell and don't know why or how it happens. I want to share all those knowledges I've learn from this great country that I've got traveling and living, about indigenous communities, political and academic discourses, new urban situations, Latin contemporary arts, entertainments, dancing steps, and so many other things from my culture that are not so mentioned and could be very helpful to have a real perspective and have more tools to make this world better.
