Overview
About Me
ABOUT ME
I am a Computer Science bachelor student at UFPB, Brazil.
I see myself as a very calm and rational person. I don't drink, I don't smoke and I am somehow concerned about how my actions are going to affect people around me. Recently, meditation and following the path of self-discovery have also been an important aspect of my life.
Although I like to talk, learn from others and share my experiences, I also deeply appreciate some stillness and time on my own. I also try to be as independent as possible from the person hosting me, so don't worry if you don't have much time for hanging around with me or showing me the city (but I would rather enjoy if you do :)).
PHILOSOPHY
Happiness can be found in the smallest moments.
"Act only according to that maxim whereby you can, at the same time, will that it should become a universal law." (Categorical imperative, Immanuel Kant)
"One should treat others as one would like others to treat oneself." (Golden Rule)
Interests
My favorite hobbies are cycling, camping and hiking. Every time I get some free time from my studies I am looking on a map and planning my next bike trip! Being in touch with nature is something that I really enjoy.
My other hobbies/interests are yoga, programming, table-tennis playing, listening to music (Jazz, Classical...), reading, city biking and relaxing :).
I am also very interested in photography, sailing, morality and ethics, astronomy, government transparency and many other random stuff :)

Music, Movies, and Books
Movies: almost everything related with alternative/fake realities, time traveling and movies that are best when watched for the second time :).
Music: most of the times I am listening to Classical, Jazz or Bossa Nova (brazilian genre) but I don't mind trying new things.
Books: Sci-fi and utopia/dystopia related (classics like 1984, Brave New World, The Island...).
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
