About Me

Colombian lawyer and political scientist. I finished university and worked for three years as a professional before moving to Paris to continue my master's studies. I am 30 years old and, for now, I'm discovering Europe.

I love politics, football and gastronomy (eating and cooking, of course) and off cours, the wines. I like to discover new cultures, meet people and ways of living. In each city I visit I want to know the most typical things, discover public transport and the way in which people really live. I'm not a fan of cliché tourism.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think it is an option to discover a city from the way in which people live on a daily basis, to meet people with ideas and plans similar to mine and to help each other. I think it's a way to promote tourism that we should all experience.

Music, Movies, and Books

Latin music in almost all its versions, from rock, reggaetón, vallenato and cumbia.

In general, rock, ska and reggae. Latin American RAP.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was lucky to go to the World Cup in Russia with all my friends from Colombia. I was with them for a week in Moscow and Saransk. However, the second week I was alone and traveled to other Russian cities. It was incredible because of the environment, because of the opposition to meet people from all over the world in a country with a language and a culture so different from mine.

But I can say that both the time I was with my friends, and when I was alone was incredible. I met many people, I really enjoyed the country and its people, as well as the World Cup.

Teach, Learn, Share

Although I live just a year ago in Paris, I know a little about the city and, above all, I can present it very well from my experience. I love teaching the city and walking in it.
