Love nature, travelling, the outdoors, cooking, reading... enjoy a lightness of being, sense of humour and dabbling in life and its many thrusts, talking with others who are keen to learn and exchange ideas. Interested in socially innovative methods to address poverty.

PHILOSOPHY

If you don't do it, you won't attract it into your life.
I live because life is forward going. And if nothing else, we are blessed at each moment, so we must actualise it. If we waste the opportunity, we waste our lives.

Used to host several travellers but was not listed on CS. I have active on VirtualTourist and Lonely Planet Forums.

Now unable to host, but happy to meet for a cuppa :)

Interests

I love writing and observing idiosyncratic ways of people and cultures :) I also enjoy cycling, swimming, walking, hiking, Camping etc. Outdoor exploration is a hobby. I love cooking and experimenting with good food in restaurants.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Swimming against a fierce spell in the Arabian Sea for about 45min, after a free-flow snorkelling trip... and realising how difficult it was to manouver those currents.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Experiences from my Humanitarian and Solo volunteer gigs, in post disaster areas, stories from Asian rural villages ...
Always have some good coffee to pass on (usually from Vietnam, Laos, Indonesia hills, Borneo etc).
