One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

jump into an ice-cold lake after 100–degrees sauna.Your body has all the heat of the sauna, and when you jump into the lake, you feel yourself very refreshing. You spend in the ice-cold water only couple of seconds and then run back to the hot sauna.
