Hey, I can´t stand describing myself. So my lovely friend will do it instead… works better that way.

PHILOSOPHY

Well....
Repeating things.... that is important... To discover secrets...
Repeating a prayer...
A rythm on a didgiredoo (30min at least) You have to repeat it on and on before the magic begins.
A song that you have written, sing it again and again, and the meaning of the words changes like magic... And your mind shapes more and more accurate.. Because your life is different everytime you sing it.

Or yoga - Repeat it... again and again...
Or else it falls to the ground...
Like makeing a wheel spin with a stick, while you are running next to it...

Telling people you love them....
Repeating is important there to...

Growing marijuana - EVERY YEAR.
Very important to repeat it. ;)
And telling the plants that you love them, every day.
Repeating is just continuosly attention...

But repeating can also to turn you into to a nutcase.
true...
But only if you repeat the wrong stuff. So be careful of what you repeat...

But as a beginning... LOVE REPETATION...
Reggae music... they are a good example...
But is not easy...
Say "I LOVE YOU" 20 times, and it will probably not sound that convensing in the end. But with practise, you can learn to say it truely and straihgt from your heart every single time you say it....

You repeat things to discover that the repetation is only a kind of Waiting....
You wait for something to change..

You play didgeredoo...
You play the same ryhtm for a loooong time, waiting for a change inside... Suddenly the rythm becomes like background music, and something mystical happens inside.. That is not to be labeled by my words.

Repeat it...... and youll be okay.
