Love arts and crafts, watching silly shows, eating really hot curries (dont like watching Donal sweat from them), a good pair of slippers, and stones! :)

Wont make this long as I think you can only really know what people are like when you meet.

I dont think I am fascinating, nor average, so wont bother writing......perhaps I am lazy! :P

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

When I can host I will and when anyone is kind enough to welcome me into their home I take it with a massive smile and soooo much gratitude!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So many great experiences - but in general I think what sticks out in my mind most is all the amazing meals I have shared with hosts and guests. FOOD MEMORY! YUM! :) From deep fried chocolate bars to wonton soup! All great!

Delighted to cook new things, have some good international shops in Cork now. We also grow lots of our own veg so always plenty for us to munch :)

Interests

I LOVE arts and crafts, going to comedy gigs, local festivals, reading, yoga, making bread, preserving fruit and vegetables, gardening, walking, cycling.... :)

Donal LOVES, history, Liverpool FC, watching tele (me not annoying him while he does that), scrambled eggs, cream buns, allll food, cycling, electronic music.... :)

Music, Movies, and Books

We are both comedy heads when it comes to movies. Donal also loves Games of Thrones (now reading books), Breaking Bad, Vickings ect. Where as I am living in the dark ages and havent quite got into any shows 'yet' I do Love: Ru Pauls Drag Race. "Its time to lip sink for your life!!"

As for music we listen to a mix of everything - e.g. Johnny Cash, Oassis, Passenger, Amanda Palmer,Fat Freddys Drop, Paolo Nutini, Dan Le Sac,Damian Marley, Noah and the Whale, Lisa Hannigan, Pink Floyd, The Lumineers, Lauryn Hill, Foster the People, Donal likes electronic music ect. ect. but also love live traditional music, bands playing in the parks or at a market is always great fun :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I think what will always stick in our minds will be reaching the top of Thaishan Mt (China), 5.5hours up 7000 steep..steep..steep stone steps, 7.5km climb... some feeling of pride.. then another 3.5hours back down with legs of jelly :)
