ABOUT ME

I finished studying Interior Design in Hildesheim (nearby Hannover) in 2009.
Since then I am working in the Interior Design industry in Munich.
In 2012 I did an exciting "around the world" trip for 14 Months which led me to South America, Asia, and Australia.
I am a tall, and laid back person. I have a strong phantasy, which gives me inspiration and is an important foundation of my Interest in Art Design and Architecture. I might be a bit shy in the beginning but if you dont violate my values I will open up quickly and enjoy to start THE next adventure... I am very curious and always ready to try out new things .
I usually like to go hiking, sailing, climbing, and doing sport or physical work.
I am interested in Politics, and try to stay up to date most of the time.

So far I just met with people and hosted a few Couchsurfer in Cologne in our
shared flat.

I like documentaries like "River and Tides", "My father the Architect" but also movies like Amelie, Pulp Fiction, Dark City, The Science of Sleep, City of God, Amores perres etc.
Music: I am not focused in any direction, but I like especially the mixture of electronic and hand made music - like Fusion, Acid jazz, psycodelic Rock, Deep House, Trip-hop and so forth

Books: Unfortunately I don't read much at the moment, but some books i kept in my memory are: "Kontiki" from Thor Heyerdahl, Gone Girl, "Die Vermessung der Welt" from Daniel Kehlmann "Die Abessinische Chronic" and a few more. I am also trying to educate And evolve myself constantly with Books about Design Theory, self-improvement and so forth....

I feel that I haven't seen enough yet, but my Trip to Mali, Africa was a very deep going experience. Also my "Around the world" trip left some unforgettable experiences. Lately, my girlfriend and I traveled to Iceland where you can find some of the most breathtaking sceneries ever. Make sure to visit Landmannarlauga if you ever get the chance to visit the island.

I know some design software like the Adobe Suit or Autocad, Archicad and Rhino
I am talented in handcrafts because I did it a lot in school and in my spare time.
I love to renovate, buildt and fix things - although i cant compete with MacGyver yet - I will be happy to take care of more common daily repairing tasks...
