About Me

CURRENT MISSION
The core of mans' spirit comes from new experiences.

ABOUT ME
I am a very outgoing person, in everything I do I keep up a positive state of mind. Travelling always fascinated me, and that's what I have been doing the last years, balancing studies and profession with my border-less aspirations. I absolutely love sharing experiences, learn and improve.
I think positive. Always.

PHILOSOPHY
I believe in making things happen. I try to make of my life a constant movie. I also believe people don't meet by coincidence. There is a message for you from everyone that crosses your way. Celestine Prophecy (James Redfield book) is a good reference for this.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've had a few CS experiences; in Portugal and UK. However, I've done quite a lot of "unofficial" CS through friends of friends, people I didn't know but hosted me as a recommendation from a close friend - e.g. in Spain, Russia, Netherlands, Germany. And yes, it's been always great and I've surely made good friends!

I hope I can participate by making CS a pleasant time to hosts and guests, helping to build a strong CS and trustful CS community.

Interests

Surfing is an ultimate passion, reading is a beloved but forgotten practice, nature is what my body seeks, good music brings me comfort and joy, playing guitar is peace.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: indie rock, samba, bossa nova, jazz, surf music, reggae - quite eclectic.

Movies... so many. I like older ones.

I look up to writers like Tolkien. "The Diary of Anne Frank" was one of the most impacting books I've read. The last I ticked off from the list was "On the Road" from Kerouac.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Every trip I do is amazing to me. From cold places, rainy days, to indescribable landscapes of the blue Mediterranean sea and sunny times. Maybe it is just the way you make it feel. Travelling is amazing.

Teach, Learn, Share

Can teach some songs with the guitar. Telling stories, making absurd plans, sharing plans and ideas! That's teaching and learning isn't it?
