About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I am spending 7 months of my PhD at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, which is going to be epic! Planning to spend what little time left after work exploring California and the surrounds - cant wait to see my friends there again!
Show me a new view on life, and I will embrace it and be inspired, show me something I recognize and I will share my experiences with you.
ABOUT ME
As you can see from the very long list of activities below, I am a very busy person. I have a lot of interests, and it would be too much to try to tell you about them all here.
The most important shared characteristic between all my interests is the same as the reason that I got myself a profile here. That is, I love to learn about the world around me. Both the people in it, how everything works together, and how change flows around us. That is why I will always be searching for ways to experience new views on life, new ways to do things, new understanding. And I hope that you will help me to realize that, by visiting me in Denmark, and letting me stay at your places around the globe ;)
PHILOSOPHY
Learning is everything
The world is random - learn to live with it, flow with it.
Enjoy the small things in life - like the sunshine waking you up on a monday morning.
The people around you will always be there - no matter where you are, or what you are...
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have had a couple of people staying at my own place - both times good experiences. My first experience surfing myself was in Canada, where I traveled alone. It was amazing - like having a home away from home. It made me much more secure to know that someone was waiting for me in the next city - and I want to share that feeling with every traveller!
