About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Get my teaching certification and to get my Masters degree :) And enjoy every moment on the way.

ABOUT ME

I am a sports nut who loves to live in the moment and experience new things. I love to strike up conversations with new people and I tend to be a bit of a chatterbox when I am around people I am comfortable with.
I went to a military college, I am very neat and respectful.
As for traveling, I think the two things I enjoy the most is a sporting event and local food.

PHILOSOPHY

Live it up, make friends, laugh! And don't be a prick... life it too short to be miserable. We are lucky enough to live in an age where we can do something so special like connect with the WORLD. Let's take advantage of it.
And to my hopeful gusts, I try my best to be the best host possible. If you have any requests or specific points of interest you wish to see/do. TELL ME! I would love to make your trip worth while. I have plenty of experience doing this job with my friends from around the country.
However, If you wish to only use my couch and not mingle with me and my family I will be respectful to your wishes.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I just started but I am looking to make some friends who i can see later next year on my trip to europe.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I dont have any international experience... but I mainly stay at friends places when I travel around the US.

Interests

I love to try food that is local and unique to the area. Sometimes the more odd and unique the better! Music of the area is important to me as well. I think music is the people's art and I find that the local bands reflect the city I am in more than the most famous of painters. And if the music is really good, I'll definitely start to dance.
I follow my sports very closely as I am athletic and a true fan of my teams :) I enjoy playing soccer (football) and ice hockey. But I watch many other sports and will play almost anything. I think the best place to experience the local culture can be found in an arena or in the local pub with people from the neighborhood. Local drink and food goes strait to my heart, and you will hear it in my voice when we are singing a tune!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I once saw the sun shine in Glasgow Scotland... pretty rare. What made this special was that the sun was warming the beautiful football pitch at Celtic Park and I could feel the crowd sing with their vibrations shuttering off my body. I was in ecstasy!
I once had a home made sicilian dinner at my friends mother's house in sicily. Fresh figs right from the tree, home made wine from their cellar, and the freshest food on my plate. The weather was beautiful and I still had the salt from the ocean on my shoulders. I could have died right there a happy man!
