Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To gain a better understanding of the world through the people I meet.
ABOUT ME
A Manileñan expat living in Madrid! I used to live in Bangkok for more than eight years before moving to Europe. I consider Bangkok as my second home, and hopefully Madrid too!
I educate young minds to become logical and analytical, and I love doing it. On days when I’m not doing that, I play music, play badminton, and enjoy some good drinks and conversation with people. I like talking a lot; comes with the profession, I think. I do like observing people too. Not the stalker-y kind, mind you.
I have always believed that the people we meet in this life are meant to teach us something. And learning something new every day is one of life’s greatest gifts.
PHILOSOPHY
Never say no to something new.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I’d like to meet people with cultures and lifestyles that are different from mine. It helps to get a different perspective on life and of people.
I have received kindness from strangers everywhere I travel and couchsurfing is a great way to give back.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I spent a week with an indigenous group in the Philippines!
A family adopted me as their own while I stayed there. I lived how they lived, and listened to their wonderful stories. I even bathed alongside a water buffalo!
Teach, Learn, Share
I’m very eager to learn something new from other people. In return, I can share my culture, my love for playing the uke, and teach you how to get high scores in karaoke machines.
What I Can Share with Hosts
My love for music, stories, and the ever elusive Filipino cuisine!
