ABOUT ME

I'm a curious person. I'm fascinated by the splendor of life and our place in it. This may explain my passion in the sciences and desire to understand different points of view. When I want to kick back with a book, it is typically non-fiction.

I value my well-being and tend to fill my free time by staying active. I enjoy the social aspect of organized sport and play soccer, beach volleyball and hockey when the season is fit for it.

PHILOSOPHY

There is no such thing as a bad experience. I prefer to perceive it as a learning opportunity.

It is best not to compare yourself to others, but rather to your former self.

Only those who risk going too far know how far one can go.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I can offer up a room with a half bath to curious travelers to Ottawa. Enjoy a 30 minute stroll along the canal to Parliament Hill from our house or stay closer to home with the cafes, restaurants and bars along Bank Street and in Lansdowne Park.
