About Me
ABOUT ME
I'd say I'm a quite "normal" guy (but what's normal?), open-minded and interested in meeting people from all over the world. I love talking in different languages. That offers me a huge possibility to get in touch with different people and to learn from others and from other cultures. Our planet is so rich and multifacted that I want to see and know as much as possible:-)
Just stayed half a year in Norway and now back in Switzerland. As I have to work now and less time to travel and discover the world, I'd be glad to meet people from all over the world.
PHILOSOPHY

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Just the first steps, so far...
Couchsurfing-meetings are really great, I met some interesting people there. I hope to have some surfexperiences soon, as I'll use couchsurfing during my next trips.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Not that much, so far. But it's going better and better:-)
Seriously, I alreday met some nice people through couchsurfing. I hope that were not the only experiences...
Interests
travelling, travelling, travelling:-)
Yes, I definitely love to get around and discover other countries and cultures, even if it's just a weekend trip. Furhtermore I love languages, meeting people, having a good meal, tasting Whiskys, beers and wine, doing some sport (cycling, hiking, swimming, skiing, curling), sitting on the Fjord on a summer evening, and, and, and...

Music, Movies, and Books
Well, very difficult to describe my music style. Nearly every thing, first of all pop and rock music, but also some jazz and of course some good blues (I hope to see B.B. King once again). I love to sit on my balcony during summer nights having a tasty whisky and listening to jazz or blues.
I like the small films (not the mainstream form Hollywood), but I'm definitely not a specialist in movies...
Books? Yes, of course. At the moment I prefer Norwegian books:-)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
- a trip by train to Moscow with funny border experiences
- walking through the wineyards in Lavaux and taste some wine in a local cellar
- hiking up to the Piton de la neige on La Réunion to see the sunrise
- have a walk through the nice old town of Berne, visiting the bears at the Bärenpark and have a good beer (not bear...) at the Tramdepot
- many other things
