ABOUT ME

I'm a digital artist and musician with an infectious (and near constant) laugh. I have an omnivorous appetite for adventure, food and music. I like to smoke cigarettes and drink beer... Live music is always a plus. I tend to stay up late but I'm used to living with roommates so I can definitely manage my volume.

Sort of a stream of consciousness description but you get the idea.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I used to run a punk house over the summer in Bloomington for all the travelers and crusties. Couch surfed (with IRL friends) through the Czech republic for about 3 months.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Chaco Canyon in New Mexico on Halloween night in 2004:
Perfectly dark sky, midnight-blue-velvet with stars. We were staying in the middle of 2000 year old Ancestral Pueblo ruins the walls of which were aligned to the movements of the stars and planets. It was humbling on a scale I can hardly even describe you'd be much better off asking me in person!

Corn Field: Greencastle Indiana, sometime around midnight.
Depressed in high-school I drove my car out to the country at the beginning of summer. Lots of fog rolled in but it was only about 5 feet thick so I climbed on top of my car to have a think. What greeted me wholly justified the existence of rural Indiana. Thousands of fireflies were winking through the fog like ghosts in a white ocean. It was also a new moon so the stars were brilliant. I watched the fireflies till dawn
