ABOUT ME

Heya Fellow Beautiful People and Travelers!!!! haha I'm Libby I graduated from Indiana University (GO Hoosiers!!) and took a nice long road trip out to Arizona to start my first "Real World" Job!!! I Taught Kindergarten and 1st grade for 5 years in AZ and I am currently on the journey of finding and living my true passion. I believe in loving what you're doing and doing what you love.

I just recently moved from Phoenix, AZ to Northern California. I currently live and work at Kit Carson Lodge (about 40 mins south of Lake Tahoe!) I absolutely love it here. I love nature and I get the opportunity to be surrounded by the beauty of the Universe on the daily!!! I will be here working till October and then manifesting my dreams and moving out to Southern California!!!

I currently can't host anyone because of my living situation and i'll be transitioning between places, my temporary job, and moving!!!! Sorry I couldn't help out at the moment but if you want to meet up and exchange stories, i'm down haha and later when I have a more permanent home, I can host again!

I am a VERY optimistic person, I don't let too many things or people rain on my parade haha It's awesome not to take things personally and to just be me, whether people like it or not haha I have learned through my experience living through acceptance, gratitude, and not taking life too seriously is an easier and more fun way to live!!! I Laugh LOTS OF BUNCHES!! :) Also, Family and Friends mean the WORLD to me!!

I think this concept of couch surfing is pretty genius to be able to connect, learn, and share with people from around the world WOOT WOOT

PHILOSOPHY

I feel it's important to make people laugh and be around those who make me laugh!

Live without regrets and I hold true to that because everything is a learning opportunity to help you grow :) I believe everything happens for a reason, I also believe that if I put in the action, the Universe has my best interest at heart hehe Living this way allows me to be grateful for the "good" and "bad" experiences. Actually its not "good" and "bad", it's just experiences I get to learn and grow from!

SIDE NOTE: I'm not sure where to write this but I apologize for not being as available for the people that were passing through lately... I was traveling and out of town and then went through that whole process of moving!!!! I hope to be able to participate in it more :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have had NOTHING BUT POSITIVE experiences hosting AMAZING people, staying with MARVELOUS people and being able to meet new amigos through couch surfing, So I would definitely suggest it to anyone!!!!

I get amused really easily and excited over the simple things so I have a lot of interests and always up for learning more :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I feel that I have seen a lot of amazing things in my life and I am very grateful for those experiences :) I'll just ramble for a bit: Broadway shows (especially the LIon KIng), Great Barrier Reef, Surfing, Coney Island, The Big Banana, siren music festival, a look alike of Jay Adams, Kangaroo :), Great Ocean Road, Arizona's Rock formations, River Island :), Marc Jacobs bag and Louboutin shoes haha, TEC, living in Germany at the time the Berlin wall came down, Kayaking in the everglades and seeing dolphins, Bungee Jumping in Queenstown, having our bus break down on our way to Queenstown, making an igloo in NY, Greek Wedding, my dad breakdancing, EZOO, and I know there's more to come :) hehe

Teach, Learn, Share

Well when you get here or I meet someone we'll see if I can teach you some of my tricks on Life HA I could teach you some arts&crafts and gymnastics, if you want to learn!! :) I'm in the process of learning Spanish so if you could help me on that, it would be muy bueno jaja, I'd love to learn how to snowboard better, paint with oils, oh and breakdancing :) Thanks!!!
