ABOUT ME

Hi there, I'm Angela, writing this, and my boyfriend is Cody. I grew up in Mexico, and moved to Michigan, and he grew up in Michigan. We graduated high school in 2013 and wanted to get away from the Mid West hum drum and loved the sound of the West Coast! We are now in Eugene staying with a friend but would love to try out couch surfing and meet some new friends. We both have jobs starting in a few weeks and just want to couchsurf while we wait to start our jobs. So far we have LOVED our experience in Eugene.Love the music, local bands, local beers, amazing farmers market, organic and vegetarian food...can't wait to put our roots in Eugene and make some friends :) Love to all of you!

PHILOSOPHY

I am passionate about being an ethical, compassionate human being and doing my best to have only a positive influence on everything I come in contact with. My ideal life would be to practice yoga, meditate, and run two hours a day while eating very healthy throughout. And I enjoy heart-to-heart, mind-to-mind conversations. I believe the universe holds our hands and will guide us through any struggle, The universe will always provide.

Interests

I am vegetarian (but love meat eaters too), environmentally conscious, open minded . We love nature, and would love to explore the mountains and coastal area. We want to travel and work on organic farms eventually but right now we want to settle i Eugene for a while and grow our skills. I am a great cook and would love to make you folks some food! I specialize in vegetarian gluten free cooking. Cody makes handsewn journals, is a great artist, and love fantasy books.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: LOVE musicals.
Books: Philosophy of any sort; quantum physics and their implications; sci-fi/fantasy, healthy eating.
Music: Love lite-classical as well as anything from psychedelic electric beats to reggae. Loving local Eugene bands!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Recently we hitchhiked to Florence. It was our first time hitch hiking. We slept on the ocean surrounded by seals, built a camp fire and cooked oysters off the rocks on our campfire and ate them (although we are vegetarians usually we made an exception) and slept under the full moon next to the sea. It was an incredible experience.
