I'm currently in the process of obtaining my Psychology degree (and no, I CANNOT read minds. I repeat, I cannot read your mind...no matter how much you and I wish otherwise).

I've recently just got back from my whirlwind backpacking (first ever!) solo trip in Europe, and yes - it's official. I've definitely gotten bitten by the travel bug.

I absolutely love meeting new people, and experiencing new cultures from all over the world. Traveling alone can get pretty lonely some time

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Staying in hotels and hostels has it perks, but if there was one sure thing I found lacking - was the fact that I hadn't been able to enjoy a city, the local way. I don't want to just visit a city, I want to say that I've 'lived' the city. And Couchsurfing allows me to do just that, and more!

I've jumped off a cliff in Pokhara...and not plummet to my death!

Jokes aside, Paragliding in Pokhara, Nepal for the first time - had been one of the most amazing thing that I've ever done. The adrenaline, the rush, is one I'd surely never forget!

If you ever find yourself wanting to try a local Malaysian dish, all you need is an Asian market around the corner, and I'll be your chef for the day. I'm no Michelin star cook, but I reckon I could cook you up a decent dish.
