About Me
Hello everyone!
My name is Filip and I am a born Belgrader from Serbia. I am an economist by profession and work a boring 9 to 5, corporate job that allows me to pay my bills. If you ask me what would I love to do, the answer would be to travel 24/7. Until I gather the courage to quit my job and dedicate myself to my passion, I use all my free time to travel.
So far, I have visited 52 countries worldwide. The plan is to see the whole world and I am very curious to see how this plan will play out.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
This app allowed me to meet some great folks that I otherwise wouldn't have met for which I am very grateful.
Traveling to an unknown destination is way richer if you spend some time with the locals. Right?
So far all of my couchsurfing experiences were great and I trully appreciated all of my hosts for spending time with me b/c they have enriched my jourines and allowed me to dive deeper into local cultures.
At the same time, having a chance to be a host myself also opened my horisons, made me concious of other people's needs and wants, but also made me feel like a tourist in my own town while exploring the town with them.
And all of that cuz of an app...mindblowing!
Interests
My main interests are traveling, music, photography and automotive industry. I also workout a lot and love doing sports.
Of recently I am a shuffler as well (trying to be).

What I Can Share with Hosts
Experiences from traveling around the world; I can be a gym partner (at least for the time of stay); jogging partner; drinking buddy :)
If free, I would gladly show you around the city.
When hosting, I always make sure to take some time and show you my town, even if its a short walk. That being said, I am perfectly fine with my guests having their own agenda and doing their thing without me - I consider myself quite flexible when it comes to that.
Even if I am unable to host at the moment, feel free to ask me for tips or general questions about Serbia and the Balkans. I will be more happy to reply.
