Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on Couchsurfing because I think that someone who just arrived to my city/area doesn't have to wander around it and go through all the unknown things alone, instead I can help him/them meet the culture, point them to right locations and reveal all tips &tricks which I learned living here, as well as give them accommodation.
In return I can meet funny people, hear interesting stories, and have good time.
I consider this in reverse situation too.
