About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To unite all Balkan countries under one banner. Together, we can do much!

ABOUT ME

Describe yourself- sounds like a simple task, but it took me more than one hour just to think of what i would write here. Anyway, first of all, i like traveling, of course, that is the first reason I created a profile here. I haven't visited many countries, but that doesn't mean I won't. :) Positive: open- minded without prejudices, friendly, ambitious, always smiling and ready for new adventures, humane, talkative... Negative: stubborn, a little incautious, maybe TOO ambitious... I think I was being honest. :) Anyway, when we meet, you 'll get a chance to know me better. One is for sure, you won't be disappointed. ;) Oh, and you can find me on FB if you want: e-mail is "ficasremac@gmail.com"

PHILOSOPHY
Together we stand, divided we fall.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

By hosting, guiding, showing, cooking, photographing and sometimes surfing...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've already hosted some surfers and the overall experience is more than positive. I love CS! :)

Interests

Hmm, I like long walkings, especially by the river, Danube river is sooooo great, riding a bicycle, playing video- games (Dota 2, Call of duty, Crysis ), sometimes football ( although I'm not very good at it ), watching mystery movies, talking about politics with people from another country, their kind of life, average salaries etc. I'm also trying to help the strangers whenever I can, if they are lost in a city ( Belgrade- where I live, and Nis- my hometown ).

Music, Movies, and Books

I am interested in Serbian pop music, I rarely listen music from other countries, but i like modern techno songs. Harry Potter books are the best! :) Mystery movies <3 : The usual suspects, Oldeuboi, Se7en, Fight club, The prestige, Psycho etc.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Climbing on one of the Plovdiv's (Bulgarian city) hills without using stairs as a normal entry.

Teach, Learn, Share

By living in one the poorest countries in Europe (third from behind, actually), I can teach you how to survive one day in Serbia with less than 5 euros, trust me, it is possible, even if you wanna eat outside of your apartment. :D Also, you'll have the chance to see REAL Belgrade and/or other cities, not just a typicall tourist attractions that are shown on your tourist map. Wanna know the differences between the accents from north and south Serbia? Why are the people from north called "pussies" and from the south "peasants"? Be free to ask anything.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Warm and clean room (cool in the summer), interesting stories about Belgrade and Serbia in general, free 3 hour tour around Belgrade and at lest one drink on my account. :)

Countries I’ve Visited

Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary, Macedonia, Montenegro, Romania, Turkey

Countries I’ve Lived In

Serbia
