ABOUT ME

I am a small town girl who love the big cities. I love to travel and explore new things, meet new people, and gain knowledge and understanding of the world we live in.

I am a bit shy and reserved at first, but I warm up pretty quickly. I love to laugh and go "out on an adventure". I love the unexpected, and when cool things just happen. I am open-minded, curious and easily entertained.

I can't live without music, or some sort of artistic input - and output for that matter (I play the violin, and like to draw, paint, knit, sew, write and so on).

PHILOSOPHY

I believe in the goodness of people and that somehow we and everything we do is connected.

After hearing about it and trying it out while backpacking in Italy and The US, I understood the priceless value of the concept: To meet local people and hang out with them has given me some precious memories and experiences!

兴趣

Anything that has anything to do with art - movies, theater, music, dance, galleries etc etc. And since I'm from a small town, wildlife, hiking and generally just being outdoors is something I'm used to and enjoy. Going out for a party is also great fun, but I just as much enjoy a social evening with boardgames and beer.

音乐、电影和书籍

Movies: I love anything with a good adventure in it! Sci-Fi, adventure, drama, kids....many genres really. Not too big a fan of horror though. A good comedy is also most welcome, although I don't seem to find that many.

Music: I love a lot of older music. I can listen to classics from the 50's, and 60's and 70's rock music.... Oh yeah! Led Zepplin, The Who.... Bands like that. But I think my favorite band of all time is R.E.M. with AC/DC on a close second. I also really enjoy Coldplay, Green Day, Bruce Springsteen, Brandon Flowers, Kings of Leon, Imagine Dragons etc etc etc......

Books: Lately I've read some young adult post-apocalyptic stuff. But anything goes really - fantasy, drama....
