ABOUT ME

We're a him and her....he's tall, she's short. She's Malawian, He's English. He's slightly more laid back, she's buzzing all the time. He's got a quick wit, she's a bit slower but both love a good sense of humour. He's happy with toast, baked beans and melted cheese...she prefers a bigger and less basic meal. Both LOVE food. She eats more than him. He eats lots but you wouldn't tell! He loves football, she loves cooking. She loves dancing, He doesn't. We both hate waste (food - or anything which is left over due to excess). Both LOVE chocolate, music, board games, friends, outdoor activities and warmth. Friends and Family make our world go around. Travel too.

PHILOSOPHY

The universe conspires for greatness and everything happens for a reason. So when things don't go as planned - believe in the greater plan... easier said than done but it's a reminder we tell ourselves.

Everyone is different and we respect different thoughts and beliefs about the world, faith, politics etc.. so long as your are not arrogant in this, trying to impose your thoughts on others or hurting others.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

If we're free - we offer a room... when we travel: if you're free we enjoy the reverse. When we're hosting, depending on our work - if you're staying we enjoy cooking a meal on your arrival and then playing things by ear... but having stayed in different places we know that as a guest you don't always want to or have time to socialize with different agendas...so no pressure to have 3 meals a day and stay up talking when you're exhausted and want to sleep!
