Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had some wonderful experiences with couchsurfing! First time in the Netherlands, where we were biking, we were introduced to couchsurfing by accident, as we met some super nice people, who invited us to their house,so we had not to sleep outside in the rain in our little tent. :)
Later I couchsurfed in Sweden, England and Italy.

This year I traveled a lot, we met such amazing people thru couchsurfing in New Zealand, Australia and the States. Thanks again, made this trip even more unforgetable.

books: the cider house rules and the world according to Garp, infinite jest, the unbearable lightness of being, der Meister und Margarita, on the road, all books by Haruki Murakami, Infinite Jest, David Foster Wallaces essays, Jonathan Safran Foer and so many I dont even remember them right now

and I like music: Britney Spears of course :) , Smashing Pumpkins, Feist, Bon Iver, Animal Collective, Dillon, Soley, Beirut, Phoenix, Mumford & Sons, XX, Cocorosie, electronic music...sort of, if I go dancing

movies: Vicky Christina Barcelona, Leon, Dogville, Drive, and I love to watch documentaries, cooking shows and every sunday: Tatort (german crime program)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- polar lights in Lapland

- skydiving and bungee jumping (even though I wouldnt do that again, I was too scared!)

- driving with a old chevrolet thru Canada, oh I miss this

- cycling the coastal line of Ireland..

- eating ice cream with green tea taste

- hitching in NZ and OZ, meeting all these generous people

- running my first marathon in Berlin
