I'm not looking for ordinary holiday destinations, but instead love to get a deeper insight into what's happening in other lives, into unknown countries and strange places, to make new contacts and to have an honest and authentic exchange with the culture, the country and the people. I have made many small trips so far and after each experience I have come back very enriched.

During my acting studies, I was able to go to Spain for six months and, in addition to acting, I was able to discover my enthusiasm for clowning and dance in particular. But I prefer to live out my expressiveness on stage ;-)

My personality is rather calm. I consider myself as an open and loving person.
I like to travel and yet it is always very important to me that I can make a little home for myself on the way. I like to make my home nice, cooking and cleaning are usually a lot of fun. Having grown up with animals in the countryside, I have always been used to take care of the animals or helping in the garden.
In my professional career I have worked a lot as a teacher, especially with disabled children. From October this year I will start a second degree in physiotherapy and I am very excited about it. My life hasn't always been a straight line, but I'm thankful for everything.

I can speak fluent German, English and unfortunately only very clumsy Spanish (which I would love to improve).

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I got advice from some friends who already expierenced couchserving. I think it is a good way to have an accommodation for people with a small budget, like me. I also like the fact to meet native people and by that getting closer to the culture and feeling less as an ordinary tourist.
