About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To have a mission!

ABOUT ME

I try to keep an open, optimistic view on life and on the future: there's always something new out there.
I am on a constant quest for adventures, moving here and there all the time, learning from people and experiences I make on the way. CS is the next big adventure.

PHILOSOPHY

Multa non quia difficilia sunt non audemus, sed quia non audemus sunt difficilia. (Seneca)

(Many things we dare not do not because they are difficult, but they are difficult because we dare not do them)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Due to logistic reasons, I can only surf for the moment, but I hope I will be able to host in the near future.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

This is my first time joining CS: I have several good friends who are experts in the field and they convinced me to become part of this community.

Interests

Above all, I love literature, both fiction and poetry. I am fond of cycling, especially in warm summer afternoons. Playing with pets, in particular kittens. Taking long strolls through old city centres, and getting a drink with friends. Old architecture, old buildings and lush gardens. Travelling, of course, is up there too.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I stood on my tippy toes in Delphi, Greece, where once the Oracle of Apollo stood. I looked down on everything from the ancient umbilicus of the world. And I swear I felt infinite.

Teach, Learn, Share

The only thing I can share is my personality, my mind and my curiosity for everything.
