ABOUT ME

Im currently a 4th year medical student at the university of leiden in the netherlands. I enjoy my study but i spend a lot more time doing other things... Such as parties and being with friends. I live in a student dorm with 9 other people (boys and girls)

PHILOSOPHY

Just try to have as much fun as you can and follow your dreams ofcourse! Bit cliche eh? :p

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Hosted only once but i definitely want to host more!. I have done some couchsurfing last year in italy, which was my first couchsurfing experience and a good one too! Also i did a lot of couchsurfing in Helsinki, Finland during a neurology internship.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Very good so far. Last year i learned about couchsurfing when i was hitchhiking through europe with a friend. Before that i had never heard of it. I found it an amazing way of sharing your stories and couch! We met some very nice people, some of which i still have contact with today!

Interests

My overall interests are travelling and hanging out with friends and partying!, i value this very much. I also enjoy snowboarding, fixing bicycles (I fix and sell bicycles now and then) Ofcourse my interest is also medicine, which i study!

Music, Movies, and Books

into the wild, vanishing point, inglorious bastards, no country for old men, fargo (basically everything from the coen brothers), dumb and dumber, bridge to terebitha, nacho libre so many others cant name them all!! Besides that i acutally only read medical books :) In terms of music im a big fan of the older stuff, especially rock like the rolling stones, acdc, the eagles etc etc

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Ive lived in sydney for two years with my parents which was a very unique and fun experience. When i was 16 i spent one month in nepal doing volunteery work. When i lived in Australia ive also spent some time on my friends cattle station in the outback, that has been a truely awesome experience

Teach, Learn, Share

All kinds of stuff wheter it has to do with medicine or fixing vehicles! Ofcourse i also have past travelling experiences to share and about the time i lived in Australia as a kid!
