ABOUT ME

Hey,I'm a newish environmental graduate who's spent the last year working in the events industry (awards, conferences,galas,weddings etc you get the picture). I've had a lot of fun working in it and have met lots of lovely people. Many from all over the world which is kind of the catalysis for wanting to see what else there is. Figure that this the time to do it really. Looking to meet some interesting people, learn a few things along the way and have some fun. I'm taking part in this thing called helpx while i'm in australia and will prob use it when i travel in the futureIf you want to know something ask cos i have no idea what to put in the boxes after this lol

PHILOSOPHY

dunno really, haven't got it narrowed down as of yet. Sometimes its good to try and push your personal boundaries cos you won't know where they really lie until you test it, which hopefully causes you to grow as a person.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Kinda new to this whole thing but have had a couple of friends who have surfed and hosted. just wana meet new people and have some fun along the way while I see the sights. and when I get back repay the cs community

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

a few old housemates had some couchsurfers around but that is as far as my xp goes to date but that will soon be changing

Interests

into a lot of sports like roller derby, football etc. a bit of music, the geeky part of me likes my tech and sci-fi based shows and lots of other stuff inbetween.

Learning about the environment is a big thing for me, from ecology to what people need from the built environment

Music, Movies, and Books

I don't read as often as i should tbh.
music - a lot of different stuff really but always appreciate a good song/lyric writer.
Like a range of movies inc foriegn language, disney to a good ole romcom. the only type of movies a tend to avoid are action, war based movies.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have to say the happiest i've been was on a small island of 90 people off the coast of Northern ireland surrounded by sea and nature
