Hi there!
I’m an upstate NY native. I went to school up there at Vassar College, studying psychology. Nature has always been my space to heal and challenge my self so most of my academic (and personal interests) surround the mind-body connection in natural settings.
I’ve been living in Asheville, NC for two years working in wilderness therapy and an aftercare program for teens in recovery. Just got back from a summer living in a farm in California. Next step, grad school
Some of my favorite things to do are hike, camp, watch sunsets, paint & draw, throw pottery, dance, practice yoga, climb (although I don’t go enough), eat!, and travel (obviously, right?).

On a more day-to-day note, one of the most amazing experiences was guiding groups of women in recovery from addiction through the Pisgah forest. The emotional magic out there is indescribable
