An adventurer and explorer who loves nature, being outdoors and getting her hands dirty.

I'm from Canada, was born in Hong Kong, and have been living in Germany for several years now. I enjoy the simple things in life and am pretty down to earth!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

The CS philosophy of helping others in need and receiving help when you need is simple but powerful stuff. I surf and host a little, and occasionally meet up with the local CS community. It's a good way to connect with others, which is not always easy in our fast-paced lives.

Interests

Sharing food and ideas, having good conversations over a good tea, coffee, beer or wine, cycling, hiking, camping, traveling, learning, cooking, baking, brewing languages, intercultural communication, public transit systems, welfare policies, migration and integration, human behaviour, elections, doing more with less, lowering my carbon footprint, historical trivia, DIY EVERYTHING.
