ABOUT ME

I am currently studying a B.A. in English and I'd like to be a translator and/or a language teacher. My family is one of the most important parts of my life, because they've always supported me in every decision I've made.
I am an open-minded girl that likes to meet people from different places and get to know about their culture. At the begining I may be shy, but I do like chatting to people and getting to know them.

PHILOSOPHY

I think you can achieve whatever you want as long as you make your best effort and don't just expect things to happen.
I don't feel as a citizen of a single city, but of the whole world.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have none to be honest, I've just been told about it by friends that have host. I wanted to host people in Mexico but my landlord wouldn't let me :( I'd love to travel with CS because I'd save a lot of money that I could spend in better ways.

兴趣

I love dancing, specially salsa. My principal distraction is internet, but I also like reading, handcrafting and watching movies. I like doing exercise, but sometimes I am a little lazy about it.
I like almost all kind of music, but I am not fan of any music band or singer.. I love the traditional music from my country, as well as its folk dances.

I love movies that leave you a message and make you want to change the world. I've seen too many movies (though not enough) that I don't remember some of the names.
Amelie, Figth Club, Seven, Twelve Monkeys, Saw 1,2,3,4,5,6 (¬¬ not that funny/pleasant from the 3rd one), Harry Potter, Irreversible, Leap Year, and more that I don't remember.

I saw a lion-size dog.
I've witnessed the amazing landscapes of Ireland, both from the top of a mountain and from the ground, lol.

I love teaching people about my country and our culture, so if you want to know about Mexico talk to me :) As I love to learn a language from a native speaker, I'd like to share mine too. I am totally willing to teach my language and be patient when doing it. I've got experience in doing so when being a cultural aid in the School for Foreign Students of my university.
