Hi. I'm Liubov what literally means "love". It's already says enough about me, really :)
I used to be shining sun few years ago, and it's not just my words - everyone around said that. But now, after some horror and suffering, which happened to me, there is no more sun, only cold stone walls in the deserted soul... But it`s not the end.
Love still exists, very deep inside, hidden and covered...
And what will YOU find in me - depends only from YOURSELF. Will you be able to see living love or dead desert..
What you can, what YOU ARE - that in me you will find.

What else to say.... I`m rather active person, love visiting new places, meeting people from different countries and cultures... Watching different ways of living this life, and changing my own way if I find something what seems to be better then what already exists.

I am not a fan of clubs and loud parties, I like reading books and searching for spiritual things much more. Walking alone in forest for me is more pleasant then dancing on disco. Though spending some time in a good company is also not bad, and since just a little time ago I passed through extremely hard breaking of relations with a husband, who forced me to leave job, then betrayed, stolen all the money which I had, made quite a depths on my name in banks, and disappeared, left me to die (literally, I got renal failure after all his violence and abusement , and had neither insurance, nor even a coin to pay necessary medical help - and for him it was just a reason to be happy, cause he was expecting to get rid of me even easier then he planned before).

However, his plan failed, and I survived. And I must say that if not some kind and good people, whom I met on this way, and who gave their hands when it was so much needed - I would be in the other world now instead of sitting with my mob and writing these words.

So the point of this speach is next: as I wrote above, staying alone in peace and silence is nice and pleasant for me, it always was and probably always will be. But at the end, when I came to the real chance of ending this life, I realized something completely new - that only the people which world sends us in everyday life, and our relations, our deeds and attitude towards them - this is what really important. So true friends and open-hearted souls - is something what I appreciate now very much.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Now I live in Croatia, between Rijeka and Matulji, in nice house on the hill (not too close to the sea, but still possible to reach it if you are a fan of the looong walkings :) Before it I was living in Moscow, capital of Russia.
During life in Russia I was trying to travel as much as I could, but now it`s not that necessary - clean air, warm climate, seacoast are making life much nicer and health much better without any additional efforts.
But there are still many people who need the travelling, and maybe haven't got enough money for paying hotels, or maybe just like to meet new friends on their way - so while I have a chance of helping them - I`ll gladly do it. As many times before other people were helping me...
