Personal and professional growth. Having fun with my 6-years-old daughter to help her become decent part of the beautiful world.

ABOUT ME
I was born in Saint Petersburg, Russia. My childhood I spent particularly on the North of Russia, particularly on the South of Russia. From the very childhood I adore both sea, sun, hot weather and winter sports =) I live in St. Petersburg, here I graduated from University. As far as everything on Earth seemed interesting to me I decided to study two majors: Management for the daytime and Linguistics for evenings. I couldn't find my key profession then. But now I feel that was for good =) I got wide education in University of Culture and Arts and four years later I've found my place in life. While studying I started working for a University and spent there eight wonderful years of creative and productive administrative, scientific and teaching work. In 2012 my beautiful daughter was born. That is the happiest page in my story =) Discovering the world with a kid is incomparable! And my daughter made me retrieve my strongest talent and goal in life. Creating spaces for people to live and work in. That is my beloved job nowadays. I got additional education and started ma practice in 2014. In 2019 I own a Design Studio, work for it as a Director and Senior Designer, feel myself fulfilled and happy.

WHAT I LOVE
I love my daughter and my man. I love my job. It makes me get to know people, create something new, use different types of thinking and never get bored =) I love dancing (used to participate in a dancing group), music, having fun with interesting people.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I can host in St Petersburg, Russia. My couch and kitchen are inviting to stay. I can meet up in St Petersburg to show you around. I know the city quite well. I adore travelling and discovering people and places!

HOW I GOT TO COUCHSURFING
I've been a part of my friends couching a very nice person from Italy. We've had great time then and I got interested in participating and entering a community myself.

Music, Movies, and Books

Books: historical drama, fantasy, fiction, business literature and books on design.
Music: rock, classics, modern pop (some of), ethnic, etc.
Movies: oh, numerous. I like movies that make me think, feel, admire... like good humour, movies and heroes who can teach us something or show a new aspect of life for example.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

They say I'm 'light on my feet'. I like interesting ideas and I easily become enthusiastic. The less possible seems an idea the more interesting it may be to me ;)
For example one day in 2007 a friend of mine (we haven't been even acquaintance yet those times) asked me if I was interested in organising an international conference for 135 participants (from 15 countries). I said 'yes' and we've done that. We've organised a conference (ICYS'07), my friend and I. That was awesome, I'm still in touch with some people from then.

Teach, Learn, Share

The things I'm aware of are mostly Interior Design and Management. Business in Russia =)
IT in practice, some maths in practice.
Kids and parenting, why not? =)
I know the city of Saint Petersburg quite well, I can walk you around, show some interesting places, tell you some stories.
I can find worthy events in the city.
