Long term: Build a house in which it is more efficient to climb than to take the stairs. Short term: Get my CrossFit gym fully functional!

ABOUT ME

I grew up in Boston, and have lived here most of my life. I travel as much as I can, which ends up being once or twice a year. I have a staggering list of past and present hobbies, not so much in length, but in eccentricity. I regularly find myself talking too much, or not at all.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe in the endless potential of the human phenomena. I am not religious, but I respect the place religions have in this world. From there, things get complicated.

Interests

Firespinning, fire photography, aerial acrobatics, juggling, and other circus arts. Neuroscience, psychology, physics, and theoretical engineering. Horseback riding, scuba diving, skiing, flying single prop airplanes. Classical violin, good electronica, and late Beatles. Well written intellectual non-fiction, Shakespeare, and silly scifi/fantasy novels.

That's a good start.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In July 2008, I witnessed a Moroccan horse festival first hand. Words that come to mind are: awe inspiring, stunning, and wondrous. You should see the photos, and listen to the story of how we got invited into the Governor's tent.
