I am an outgoing , relaxed, happy go lucky kind of person who loves meeting new people and experiencing different cultures . I like to get stuck in and get the most out of whatever I'm doing and always have fun. I'm very open minded and enjoy sharing new and interesting opinions and ideas and learning about all sorts of ways to live.

I'm very much an outdoors person and love nature and the environment ( always do what I can to preserve our beautiful planet). I have been around horses most of my life, riding is a passion of mine . I'm a huge animal lover no matter their shape or size !

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm traveling solo and I strive to experience the real culture of the place I'm in and really be there. Meeting locals and seeing what life is really like as well as making new friends along the way.

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to all genres of music and read as often as I can , mainly adventure fiction ( Lord of the Rings is a favourite ) but I also enjoy a rage of poetry and historical literature .

Teach, Learn, Share

I have taught horse riding and teach hula hoop. I love to bake, and do so often for people I stay with. I enjoy learning new skills, I have recently been learning how to look for sapphires in Tasmanian rivers.
Gardening is something I am always do at home and love to help others with their gardens or learn about what they are growing. Eating a meal straight from the garden is so rewarding.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I have a very broad sense of humour and love a good laugh as well as in depth conversations and debates .
Whenever possible I will share my love of cakes and baking .
I have lots of experience gardening and working with/ looking after animals as well as working on farms. I am very happy to help out anyway I can.
